By using our website and placing orders you confirm that you have read these terms, accept them in full and agree to their application. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. The current version is always available on the webshop and applies to all purchases made after the date of publication.
CUSTOMERS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
1.1. Eligibility
The customer may be any adult individual with full legal capacity who accepts these terms. Use of the webshop for malicious purposes, or purchasing for resale without the Company’s consent, is not permitted.
1.2. Availability
The webshop is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Company is not liable for any temporary unavailability of the site due to technical or other reasons.
PURCHASE PROCEDURE
Orders are placed via the online shopping cart. After adding the desired items and entering the required details, the customer confirms the order. The system automatically generates an order confirmation which the customer receives by e-mail. The contract is formed when the Company confirms dispatch of the products.
PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
3.1. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs and any additional bank or payment fees are not included in the product price and are charged separately at checkout.
3.2. Payment
Accepted payment methods may include debit and credit cards (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods indicated at checkout. Payment is processed in accordance with the chosen method and the terms of the payment provider.
PRE-ORDERS
4.1. Definition
A pre-order is a purchase of a product that is not in stock at the time of order but is expected to become available in the future, after the official release date set by the manufacturer or distributor.
4.2. Ordering
Pre-orders can be placed through the standard webshop purchase process. Products sold as pre-orders are clearly marked as such in the product description, together with the estimated delivery or release date, which may be subject to change by suppliers or manufacturers.
4.3. Payment and delivery
Pre-orders are generally paid in full in advance unless otherwise stated. Pre-ordered items will be dispatched as soon as they are available in our warehouse. In case of delay, the customer will be informed by e-mail. The Company is not responsible for delays outside its control (e.g. changes to release dates by the manufacturer or transport delays).
4.4. Cancellation of pre-orders
The customer may cancel a pre-order until the product is dispatched. In case of cancellation, a refund may be issued, minus any applicable transaction costs depending on the payment method.
4.5. Refunds for pre-orders
Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the purchase. After approval and processing, it may take between 5 and 10 business days for funds to appear in the customer’s account, depending on the bank or payment provider. The Company reserves the right to cancel a pre-order and refund the customer if the product does not become available, in case of a system error (e.g. incorrect price or description), or if the supplier cancels or significantly delays delivery.
REFUNDS
Refunds are made exclusively via the same payment method used for the purchase. After the refund is approved and processed, it may take between 5 and 10 business days for the funds to be visible in the customer’s account, depending on the bank or payment provider. The Company is not responsible for any additional delays caused by third parties (e.g. banks, card issuers or payment services).
DELIVERY
Delivery is carried out within the Republic of Croatia and the European Union via courier services. Delivery time for Croatia is typically 1–3 business days; for other EU countries it depends on the destination, usually 3–7 business days. In case of failed delivery due to incorrect details or the recipient’s absence, redelivery is at the customer’s expense. The customer must inspect the goods upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if there is damage or a discrepancy.
COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
7.1. Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. The customer bears the cost of return, and the refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned products. The right of withdrawal does not apply to unsealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health, or to personalised products. The customer is liable for any diminution in the value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to verify the nature and functioning of the product.
7.2. Complaints
In case of incorrectly delivered, damaged or defective products, please contact us with your order number and, where relevant, photographs. Complaints will be handled within 8 business days where possible.
DATA PROTECTION
All personal data are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data are used solely for order fulfilment, delivery and customer support. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY
The Company takes all reasonable steps to ensure that products are displayed accurately on the webshop; however, there may be variations in colour, packaging or appearance compared to the images. All images are for illustration only. In the event of obvious errors (e.g. a price of 0 EUR), the Company reserves the right to cancel the order without legal consequence.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
